### Project Description

Egret’s Walk is a coach home community with 200 residences surrounded by native
landscaping, wooded preserves, lakes, and cascading fountains with spectacular views,
located at Pelican Marsh in North Naples, Florida, home of the Ritz-Carlton, Naples.

The Carlysle is a 20-story residential tower in Bay Colony, a resort community located
in Pelican Bay on the Gulf of Mexico. Designed with timeless elegance that redefines
luxury living, The Carlysle has 75 upscale residences, six private villas, landscaped
terraces surrounding a large outdoor heated pool, health club, spa, cabanas, and
a dune walkover directly to the Gulf beaches.

Golf Digest is an example of the diversity of projects undertaken by Team Plan over
the years.

Miromar Lakes is an example of the attention to detail that Team Plan gives every
project. Located on a large man-made body of water, the estate homes at Miromar
Lakes were designed with unique details and amenities that make each residence special.
